The platform on video

One minute to see the tool, then a full demonstration on a public meeting of the Renens municipal council, with minutes in indirect speech, the format used by most municipalities.

How it works

Live recording or file upload, choice of minutes template, document ready for review. Nothing to install.

A municipal council meeting, from audio to minutes

Public meeting of Renens reconstructed from public documents: raw audio, enriched transcript, then minutes in indirect speech exported to Word. Video in French. See the municipal offer →

Step 1 · Enriched transcription

Before and after: what enriched transcription changes

You declare speakers, your professional vocabulary, acronyms and proper names once. In every new transcript they are recognised and applied; each correction appears in red in the preview.

French Renens municipal council, public meeting (see the video). Before transcribing, we entered the councillors’ names, their political group and the municipality’s own acronyms into the account.

Named speakers

“Speaker 1” becomes “Rachid Taaroufi, Council President”. Declared voices are better separated and recognised from one meeting to the next.

Professional vocabulary and acronyms

COFIN, CUAT, STEP de Vidy, CSM SA, place names, suppliers, medications: spelled right, once and for all.

Swiss German, two outputs

Audio in dialect, text in Swiss German or standard German: a single setting, no per-canton profile.

And therefore better minutes

Correct names, amounts and decisions as input: the minutes attribute statements to the right people and quote the right figures, without manual rework.

Illustrative excerpts. Enriched transcription is in beta, included in all accounts; review remains necessary, and the tracked corrections make it fast.

What each minutes format produces

One transcript, up to three documents. Each template was written with practitioners so the document comes out in the form they expect. Lengths given for one hour of recording, as an order of magnitude.

1. Agenda

The President, Mr Rachid Taaroufi, announces the motions received: an interpellation from Ms Joëlle Zahnd, a question and a miscellaneous item from Mr Ali Korkmaz, two questions from Ms Negri Capt. They will be dealt with under items 18 and 19.

For the SVP group, Mr Colin Métraux requests the removal of the “Miscellaneous” item given the heavy agenda.

Decision: the agenda is adopted as amended.

Want to go further? Launch a pilot project

This is how CSS started with us: a scoped pilot within one department, a real-world test, then extension to other teams, with a reported gain of one to two hours of documentation per patient visit. A pilot goes further than a custom prompt: scope, support and duration are discussed according to your needs.

1. Scoping

Together we define the scope: types of meetings, expected minutes templates, confidentiality requirements.

2. Team trial

We credit hours to an Enterprise account: your team tests with its real recordings, no commitment.

3. Review and decision

Together we measure the time saved and the quality achieved. Then you decide, fully informed.
