You leave with ready-to-use minutes, not just raw text

Ready-to-use minutes

Meetings, interviews and visits become structured minutes that follow your templates, up to 3 per transcript.

National languages and English

English, French, German and Swiss German, Italian. Swiss dialects recognised, speakers identified.

Swiss made, literally

Processing exclusively in Switzerland: open-source language models hosted on our own servers. No data leaves the country.

Compliant and encrypted

Swiss FADP and GDPR, AES-256 and TLS 1.3 encryption, Enterprise DPA. Your data never trains a model. No OpenAI, Google or AWS.

Simple, nothing to install

What automatic minutes actually change

More than time saved on writing: every meeting or interview leaves a structured, dated, searchable record. Decisions are documented, action items come out with an owner and a deadline, and quality follow-up becomes routine rather than effort.

Documentation and traceability

Decisions, owners and deadlines recorded at every meeting, in the same format. Months later, the decision is found in seconds, with its context and reasoning.

Action items

As you leave a meeting or interview, decisions and tasks are already isolated: who does what, by when. Setting measurable goals and checking progress at the next meeting becomes simple.

Quality follow-up

Consistent minutes, meeting after meeting, feed your quality processes and audits without re-typing. Trends become readable and decisions rest on what was actually said and agreed.

Custom prompts

Your template, written with you, for your internal goals

A custom prompt costs CHF 1,500, three iterations included, and is free with an annual subscription of 50 hours per month or more. We start from your interview or meeting outline and the ideal document you want back, shared under a confidentiality agreement, or from a template already available on the platform that we adapt. You test, we refine: three iterations are normally enough.

Industry vocabulary, names of recurring participants, acronyms: enriched transcription, available to everyone with no commitment, already lets you record these details. They are applied automatically to the transcript and then to the minutes.

A dozen ready-to-use minutes formats

Choose the template that fits your need, export to Word and finalise your document. The lengths shown are orders of magnitude based on the average duration of each type of exchange. Every template is available to every user, with no subscription or Enterprise account, even for a single one-hour transcript. Up to three documents per transcript, available from sign-up to test on your own recordings.

Esther Sève, co-founder of Swiss Transcript
“Swiss Transcript was born from a concrete need: my own. Since 2012, with Qualinsight, I have run qualitative studies and focus groups across Switzerland. Recordings went out for manual transcription: a week's wait, audio files circulating, NDAs to sign. My first profession taught me to listen to the field, and that is still what I do: we adjust the minutes with the people who use them until they become part of their daily work.” Esther Sève, co-founder

Why choose Swiss Transcript?

Swiss safe symbolising the confidentiality of Swiss Transcript transcripts

Security & confidentiality

End-to-end encryption and automatic deletion of source files after transcription. Each account has its own private space, with no cross-access. Hosting, encryption, data purging: all technical details are on our Security page. DPA on request.

Proximity & collaboration

Responsive support, primarily remote: the tool is easy to pick up. We are French speakers: video calls in French or English gladly; in German by email, and for pilot projects video calls with Dorit, our native German-speaking partner. Your feedback shapes the roadmap directly.

They save time with Swiss Transcript

Market research

“My job is to listen. I run qualitative interviews, in person and on video. Confidentiality is essential for us, especially on B2B studies with strategic stakes. With Swiss Transcript, we co-built our interview and focus group reports. Today they serve other clients too. For me, it's a real win-win.”

Julia Pacifico, Research Director, Qualinsight

Municipality in German-speaking Switzerland

“Our meetings are held in dialect and follow a very precise structure: standard minutes did not meet our needs. Swiss Transcript understands the Swiss German spoken around the table, and the team created a custom template for us, adapted to how we want to find decisions and key points. The minutes come out in proper written German, ready for approval.”

A municipality of 3,000 inhabitants in German-speaking Switzerland

Foundation

“Since we can name speakers in advance and add our own vocabulary, we clearly spend less time correcting transcripts. And since the August update, the minutes are also longer, more detailed and much closer to what we expect. What I like most about Swiss Transcript is that the tool really evolves: almost every three months there is a concrete improvement.”
