This is how Swiss Transcript was born; a solution for automatic transcription and summarization, based on local AI and fully hosted in Switzerland. We meet the needs of Swiss professionals and organisations that handle sensitive data: market research institutes, health and social insurance, healthcare networks and mental health, research and academia, law firms and mediation, fiduciaries, human resources and public administrations. For these professions, the confidentiality of conversations is not an option, it is a requirement.
Behind the scenes, Cédric designs and maintains the infrastructure of Swiss Transcript. As a specialist in secure development, encryption protocols, natural language processing (NLP), and distributed systems, his work ensures the reliability and technical sovereignty of the service.

An expert in market research, she now supports researchers, healthcare professionals, and companies in evolving our solution according to their real needs, ensuring that Swiss Transcript remains a tool designed by and for its users.
With a Master's in Marketing from HEC Lausanne, Nadia is your primary point of contact at Swiss Transcript. She runs day-to-day customer support, helps users get up to speed on the platform and the design of custom prompts, and ensures quality relationships with every client organisation.
